Plas Newydd is a self catering holiday home with hot tub and swimming pool ideally situated to explore the picturesque Llŷn peninsula or enjoy the beautiful beaches of Aberdaron, Abersoch and Whistling Sands in North Wales. Plas Newydd is also a very dog friendly holiday home in Wales where dogs are most welcome.
Tucked away beyond Snowdonia’s craggiest peaks with the Irish Sea on one side and Cardigan Bay on the other, the Llyn peninsula has a distinctive, unspoilt character. The sunny coastline draws walkers, wakeboarders and sailors, while the ancient pilgrimage site of Bardsey Island, at its tip, is a haven for wildlife.
Designated as an Area of Outstanding Natural Beauty, around a quarter of the Llyn peninsula is protected including wild stretches of coast, long extinct volcanic peaks and grassy hillsides dotted with Iron Age forts.
The Llyn peninsula’s family friendly resorts and lovely, laid back beaches draw most of its visitors. Seaside towns such as Abersoch, only 10 miles away, and Aberdaron, just 3.5 miles from Plas Newydd, have a long history of welcoming visitors from all over the world.

A large open plan space with a handbuilt, reclaimed wooden kitchen is located around the room, with a central farmhouse dining table seating twelve comfortably. An oil fired AGA makes this a cosy area to gather and is the heart of the room.
7 Bedrooms (Sleeps 14 plus sofa bed for 2 and cots available)
Plas Newydd offers a choice of seven bedrooms, sleeping up to 14 people plus 2 on a sofa bed. There are five bedrooms located in the main house including one ground-floor twin-bedded room, with a further two bedrooms located on the first floor of the annexe. All double rooms have King Size beds.

Our stunning and inviting outdoor heated swimming pool is set into a large patio area and features a spacious seating area consisting of rattan sofas set around a glass topped table. There are also a couple of sun loungers alongside the pool, for those warm sunny days.

Aberdaron
Just 10 minutes (3.5 miles) from Plas Newydd
This is a bustling little village with a large sandy beach, a spar convenience store, a choice of bars and cafes, a Fish Restaurant and an ice cream shop. It also has a National Trust car park and shop right next to the beach.
